Site acquisition and development of 24,873 sq. ft. Let to a strong covenant and retained in the core portfolio.

 

Bell Drive, Hamilton

Acquired as a vacant building before undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment programme to include stripping out of excess office space and reconfiguring the yard.

Re-let mid-way through the refurbishment programme and sold. From acquisition to sale was 18 months.
