Wemyss Properties is a subsidiary of one of the oldest registered companies in the UK and is therefore extremely well supported both structurally and financially; factors that underpin its position as a well-respected developer in the Scottish property market.
In terms of structural support, a Board Of Directors is in place to help the management team. The board comprises family members as Directors, as well as Non Executive Directors with significant relevant experience in both property and business. At the helm of this board is the Chairman, William Wemyss, who also heads the parent company’s board and its other subsidiary companies.

Gareth joined Wemyss Properties in July 2016 as Project Manager, responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of all our developments.
A Chartered Construction Manager with a background in Architecture and House Building spanning nearly two decades, he brings a wealth of knowledge within the property development sector.
Successfully managing the implementation of various projects throughout the UK, Gareth has significant experience in delivering high quality award winning developments.
