Work begins on next chapter of Wemyss’ Glasgow story

Work has started on the redevelopment of three exceptional town houses in the Park District of Glasgow. NEWTON PLACE NOW VACATED IN ADVANCE OF REFURBISHMENT

Our forthcoming development on Newton Place, Glasgow remains on program with the buildings vacated and the appointed design team having secured building warrant for the three existing townhouses into six apartments. It is expected that tenders for the build phase of the project will be issued shortly and that construction will start in early 2018.
