We’re proud to announce that our Lynedoch Terrace Development in Glasgow was a finalist in the 2016 Scottish Home Awards, shortlisted in the Small Housing Development of the Year Category.
“We were delighted to make the final of this prestigious award in what was a very competitive category,” says Managing Director, Matthew Atton.
“This recognition highlights the innovative nature of the Lynedoch Street development. It is one of only a handful of new-build properties of its type and scale that have been constructed in Glasgow’s Park District since it was first established in the 1850s.”
All of the 18 apartments in the Lynedoch Street development were sold from plan by the end of November 2015. The project involved demolishing an existing dilapidated structure and erecting a new building in a similar style as the surrounding properties. For its buyers, Lynedoch Terrace represented a unique opportunity to enjoy contemporary quality and traditional architecture at an accessible price point.
The Scottish Home Awards was founded in 2007 to recognise excellence in the Scottish housebuilding industry.
