Our plans for an exclusive contemporary development at Newbattle Terrace have taken an important new step forward, following the recent announcement that we have received planning consent for phase two of the development. This means that we can move forward with our plans to build an additional seven apartments at the location – bringing the total number up to 18.
“This is a really exciting new project in a fantastic location just along from the famous family-run Dominion cinema,” says our Managing Director, Matthew Atton.
“Now that planning permission for both phases is in place we will be moving forward with construction. Our aim is to start construction works in 2015.”
The project will see the demolition of the existing buildings on the site and the construction of a spectacular contemporary new residence, which will provide luxury accommodation of the highest quality. The design of the project will echo many of the elements found in our very popular Polwarth Terrace development, which is located nearby.
